Description

4-6 years in digital, product or web design, with a portfolio demonstrating genuine visual craft and UX thinking
B2B SaaS experience; you understand the design challenges of software marketing and product surfaces
Demonstrable motion design skills; your portfolio should include animation and interaction work, not just static screens
Experience building or contributing to design systems or component libraries
Genuine, daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Figma AI, or similar; this should be a natural part of how you already work
Excitement about AI-assisted build workflows and connecting design systems to CMS-driven, prompt-powered page generation
Proficiency in Figma including component architecture, variables, auto-layout, and prototyping
Experience designing for multiple languages or markets
Experience planning and running your own user research and usability tests
Enough front-end literacy to collaborate fluently with engineers and have informed conversations about implementation
