Job Description

  • Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, iterating digital interfaces based on user feedback to create seamless and engaging digital experiences
  • Facilitate the creation of design artefacts for member journeys, including user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and visual designs
  • Design, drive, and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders, leveraging design thinking and lean design methodologies
  • Create intuitive, user-friendly design interfaces for web and mobile applications grounded in human-centred design
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and customer goals
  • Conduct and synthesise user testing and usability sessions, gathering insights to inform design decisions
  • Utilise and contribute to the digital design system, ensuring consistency and innovation in componentry
