We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping customer-centric digital solutions across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across practice. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences.

This is an ideal role for a designer looking to grow their skills within a high-performing, purpose-driven team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
  • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
  • Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards
  • Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects
  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)
  • Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems
  • Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving
