Business Training’s experience is built on solid ground: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years. Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer, speaking English and French
Your main responsibilities
Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience
Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes
Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency
Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback
Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions
Your profile
Experienced in a similar position (portfolio of previous works attached)
Degree in Human-computer Interaction, Digital/Media, Media Informatics (or related)
Fluent in English & French

STRONG EXPERIENCE IN:

UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation
Interaction design, visual design and (low & high FID) prototyping
Design tools: Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD
Eager to moderate collaborative workshops
Web Software/Applications, design thinking methods, conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, are a plus
