Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced UX Web Designer to join our client’s impactful marketing team. The UX Web Designer is the architect of our medical professionals’ online experience. If you have a portfolio of professional design projects that speak to your highly effective work with web and mobile applications, we can’t wait to meet you! The key expectation for this role: to create functional and appealing digital features that address our doctors’ needs and ultimately supercharge Foot Levelers’ growth.

• Create impactful user interface elements: email design templates, web pages, menus, tabs, and widgets; oversight of navigation, layout, and site structure updates
• Own email design and build out (in HubSpot platform)
• Wireframe, design, and execute new page designs or updates, including use of HTML/CSS when necessary
• Collaborate with marketing team and interdepartmentally to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Create original digital graphic designs, adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images for all digital channels
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (i.e., responsiveness) and adjust layouts based on UX standards and user feedback
• Partner effectively with our cross-functional team to collaborate on Marketing campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices and be the champion for site and strategy updates
