MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
  • Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in sensitive content areas that require partnership with legal and policy.
  • Experience working on generative AI products.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful content strategies, crafting clear, user-centered content, guidelines, and standards for critical user journeys across a range of user experiences, including generative AI responses.
  • Evolve, implement, and govern scalable content systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistent quality, and effectiveness across all user touch points.
  • Contribute to content design projects from discovery, strategic planning, and stakeholder alignment through execution and iterative refinement, resolving challenges.
  • Lead user understanding by leveraging research, testing, and data to translate concepts and user needs into clear, accessible, and intuitive language and UX strategies.
  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners (e.g., Design, Research, PM, Engineering, Legal, Marketing) to shape product strategy, advocate for user needs (including accessibility and inclusivity), and deliver cohesive experiences.
