Hey there! Were EMCD. Were building an ecosystem of crypto products Wallet, P2P, mining pool, and more to help people use money for creating, not just surviving. Weve been in the market for over 7 years and are rapidly expanding our global presence. As our workload grows, were looking for another UX Writer to join our team. What youll do: Write interface copy for our app and website in English Craft system emails, push notifications, SMS, banners, release notes, chat messages, and similar content Dive into UX and product details, ask the right questions of developers and product managers Collaborate with designers and suggest meaningful interface improvements Work with localization and marketing teams; occasionally with compliance and legal teams Participate in UX research to validate hypotheses Follow EMCD style guides, refine product tone of voice, update and maintain the glossary, and ensure consistency across platforms What were looking for: 3+ years of experience writing UX copy, with a solid understanding of UX and product design principles Native-level English A portfolio demonstrating strong UX Writing skills Familiarity with crypto/fintech domain Excellent communication skills for working with developers and cross-functional teams Familiarity with Figma and Miro Experience with translation management systems (PoEditor, Crowdin, Localise, Weblate, Phrase, etc.) Basic knowledge of AP style and plain language principles Readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment (and we really mean it) Nice to have: Experience in fintech, Web3, regulated industries, and/or international products Сross-functional team experience Familiarity with analytics and ability to test and evaluate the effectiveness of interface copy Enthusiasm for sharing expertise (we run weekly design team training Knowledge of Russian is a plus What we offer: Remote-first culture work from anywhere; Competitive compensation in USD/USDT; Flexible schedule and a result-driven approach; Opportunity to lead and build high-load, global-scale systems; A team of professionals in blockchain and fintech; Growth opportunities in both technical and leadership tracks.
