Key Responsibilities: Define project goals and establish project organization. Select and manage project team members. Monitor progress, budget, and risks; implement corrective actions. Represent the project in customer and supplier meetings. Manage stakeholder expectations and foster teamwork. Apply change and risk management strategies.
