JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will involve interaction with main GT’ stakeholders locally and at HQ level and will allow the candidate to contribute and support the team on the communication strategy (internal & external), on the marketing strategy up, risk management monitoring and structuring/execution phase of transactions. The main role is to support the GT management in the following areas.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Reporting: support on several reporting activities linked to Top Management presentations, Management committee, Special projects, Client speeches ;
  • Sectorial analysis declined into Global Trade activity ;
  • Portfolio management and revenues reporting: translate management needs into deliverables, monitor performance and risk indicators; review of performance indicators from time to time requested by the bank (RWA, Sectorial limits) ;
  • Marketing support: contribution to product development initiatives, identification of commercial opportunities, support to preparation of pitches to be presented to clients for both plain vanilla and structured trade finance deals including Supply Chain Management and Structured Trade Solutions transactions ;
  • Structuring support: draft term heet, propose/assess structuring features and documentation (negotiation of legal documentation, liaison with distribution teams and Middle Office.) ;
  • Support on Credit analysis and Prepare GT memo for the credit committees to present the deals ;
  • Participation to specific missions from time to time identified, in particular on ESG/Green deals and relevant legal documentation.
