    Descriptif du poste

You will join the HR Operations team composed of 8 dedicated members who work closely together across all areas of human resources. Your main missions will be:

  • Supporting the provision of relevant HR data to internal and external stakeholders at a local or group level
  • Supporting the analysis and interpretation of trends and HR metrics
  • Helping to optimise and document HR processes
  • Supporting administrative HR tasks and payroll
  • Guaranteeing the reliability and quality of HR data by implementing relevant checks
  • Anticipating organizational changes to maintain a continuously updated Group analytical structure (GANAS)
  • Active participation to the implementation of the new HRIS, especially on the reporting part
  • Maintaining a procedures book

Profil et compétences recherchées

  • Completed studies in the field of economics, HR, controlling or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in the field of HR, controlling or analysis is an advantage (e.g. internships or working student jobs)
  • Good knowledge of Excel; initial experience with Power BI or other analysis tools is an advantage
  • Interest in HR processes and data analysis
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
