Job Description Plan, write & execute test cases for the requirements provided. ● Ensure 100% test coverage for all functionality & feature sets to be tested. ● Thorough documentation of the tests performed & defects logged. ● Retesting defects to closure. ● Participating in requirement gathering sessions to understand the functionality & customer expectations better. ● Come up with innovative ways to test a system for offering the best quality product to the customer. ● Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. ● Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. ● Work closely with the business analyst & the customer to understand the business need & ensure that the solutions developed are in line with their vision.
