Then look no further! Case Managers manage our clients’ cases from start to finish. Our case managers take great pride in the degree of client contact and case involvement they are able to experience each day. Each Case Manager works alongside our attorneys to create a deeper sense of understanding and investment in each client’s unique situation. This position offers a great deal of independence, flexibility for personal styles, and responsibility over case files. What you'll do Key responsibilities: Preparing and submitting medical documents throughout the VA claims process. Speaking with clients to address their case status, benefit updates, and answering any questions. Communicating with Board of Veteran Appeals, Regional Office, and checking the Veteran’s Benefits Management System to make sure the case is proceeding accordingly. Maintain close communication with partnered attorney(s) to assure information is accurate and updated regarding the client and their case. Answer/make calls regarding medical record review and file preparation. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in case management Understanding of the VA claims & appeals process Ability to prosper in fast-paced environments Ability to be on the phone for extended periods of time Associates or Bachelor's degree in related fields
Responsibilities
