We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated VA Streamline Processor to join our Conditions Team . In this role, you will work closely with brokers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient refinance process, with a primary focus on VA and FHA Streamline loans. Key Responsibilities Review VA and FHA Streamline refinance files and conditionally approve loans based on provided documentation Work directly with brokers to support strong relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction Review and clear loan conditions accurately and efficiently Maintain strong knowledge of product requirements, including loan seasoning, payment histories, COEs, and funding fees Identify, review, and interpret borrower documentation, including large deposits and asset documentation Support appraisal-related processes and partner with the appraisal team as needed Ensure compliance with VA, FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines Qualifications Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience, with a strong focus on VA and FHA refinances Experience reviewing and clearing conditions for refinance loans Strong understanding of VA and FHA Streamline refinance requirements Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines Ability to analyze borrower documentation and identify discrepancies or large deposits Experience with purchase loans (not limited to refinances) preferred Proficiency in Encompass or a comparable loan origination system High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment #westpriority26 Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.
