Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve Gross Margin for ongoing production.
  • Leverage Value Analysis/Value Engineering techniques to optimize pricing for products, components, and materials. Prioritize projects and present them effectively.
  • Work closely with suppliers to implement VAVE enhancements and diligently monitor their performance to ensure alignment with the planned budget.
  • Generate, coordinate, and oversee cost-saving projects both internally and externally, involving customers and suppliers.
  • Provide expert recommendations for refining procurement strategies and achieving cost optimization, all while championing the Continuous Improvement Process.
  • Serve as the company’s representative in coordinating modification projects with customers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate project execution in line with predefined goals (Quality, Cost, and Delivery - QCD), and provide comprehensive reports on the achieved savings, along with deadlines and financial aspects.
  • Conduct project post-implementation evaluations to ensure sustained improvements and lessons learned are captured.
