CBO Earthworks is seeking a skilled Vac-Truck Operator to join our growing team. With the recent addition of a Vac-Truck to our diverse fleet, we are expanding our service capabilities and looking for a motivated individual who is safety-driven, reliable, and experienced in vac-truck operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement (required).
• Previous vac-truck or hydro-vac experience preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong commitment to safety with knowledge of safe work practices in excavation and utility environments.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Grounding/bonding procedures knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CSTS, First Aid, Ground Disturbance Level II, and other safety certifications are considered assets.

• Safely operate a Vac-Truck for a variety of industrial, municipal, and commercial projects.
• Perform hydro-vac excavation and vacuum services while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete all required documentation.
• Transport, load, and unload materials as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, serviceability, and proper operation of the vac unit and associated equipment.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, site supervisors, and crew to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
