JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pardy’s Waste Management and Industrial Services Ltd is now accepting applications for a full time Operator to join our growing team in Lab City, NL. This is a unionized position with Operating Engineers Local 904 with competitive pay and benefits, in accordance with the collective agreement. There is a 30-day probation period.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Rotational Site Work -travel to Lab City, NL
• Operation of vacuum truck and hydro-excavator units and other equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Adhere to all environmental and health and safety policies and procedures
• Will require working at heights and confined spaces - Training is provided
• Required to use ADP electronic payroll system - Training provided

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A clean drivers abstract
• Pass pre-employment fit for work medical as well as D&A
• A valid class 5 driver’s license
• A valid class 1 or class 3 driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills as well as company representation
