Responsibilities

AS AN HSE / QUALITY MANAGER AT B-BUILT B.V., YOU PLAY A KEY ROLE IN A DYNAMIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

You are the authority in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). You drive compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. You have the authority to stop unsafe practices immediately and serve as the main point of contact for all HSE-related matters. You lead inspections and audits and ensure continuous improvement of safety procedures on the construction site. Using digital tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, you report on safety and environmental matters accurately and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementing and monitoring the safety program
  • Controlling and managing the Permit to Work process
  • Conducting daily safety briefings and inspections
  • Coordinating audits and handling non-conformities
  • Leading accident investigations and ensuring appropriate follow-up

FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL WITH THREE TO FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR.

You are a driven and responsible leader who upholds the highest safety standards on-site.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor-level education (HBO or equivalent)
  • Relevant safety certifications, such as VCA VOL
  • Experience with digital safety and compliance tools
  • Proven knowledge of national and international HSE legislation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams
