Vacant Missing Bills Specialists ensure expected vacant bills are received in a timely manner and recover any that are missing. Your performance will help prevent costly late fees and potential disconnects. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to client satisfaction and creating a positive culture.   Responsibilities * Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved * Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units * Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails * Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes * Confirm mailing addresses and account details * Recover any missing vacant bills * Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history * Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible   Preferred Skills * Clear and professional written and verbal communication * Attention to detail * Able to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software * Self-motivated to find the “why” behind the problem * Interested in exceeding expectations * Prioritize time effectively to complete workload and achieve goals Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  * High school diploma
