In this role, you will assist clients as they explore travel possibilities, organize trip details, and keep planning information accurate from the initial request through confirmation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others prepare memorable getaways, working with online tools, and managing planning steps in an independent home-based setting. Role Requirements Communicating with clients to learn about their destination interests and timing preferences Supporting the coordination of resort stays, cruise vacations, transportation options, and excursions Reviewing available package selections through approved booking systems Preparing planning summaries and confirmation information Providing general guidance aligned with client budgets and trip expectations Responding to updates related to itinerary adjustments when needed Qualifications Clear communication habits across email, phone, and messaging platforms Strong attention to planning details and timelines Comfort learning new browser-based systems Ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests Confidence working independently in a remote environment Reliable internet access and general computer familiarity Must be 18 years of age or older Applicants should be authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain.
