The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Vacation Rental Portfolio Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of vacation rentals in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong hospitality skills, operational efficiency, and a guest-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full guest journey—from inquiry to post-stay follow-up. • Manage daily guest communications via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, etc. • Ensure 5-star experiences and maintain Superhost status. • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness. • Manage property listings, pricing, and performance across OTAs. • Implement SOPs for operations, inventory, and guest service. • Ensure DTCM compliance and handle all related documentation. • Build relationships with homeowners, suppliers, and partners. • Identify and onboard new properties to grow the portfolio.

Requirements

• 9+ years in hospitality or short-term rentals (preferably in Dubai). • Strong knowledge of Airbnb and DTCM regulations. • Proficient in PMS and channel management tools (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway). • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. • Independent, entrepreneurial, and detail oriented. • UAE Driving License preferred.
