Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of properties in rental program
  • Open houses and inspect units prior to guest arrivals – to ensure they meet quality cleaning standards, and are guest-ready, including touching up and/ or correcting clean
  • Identify and communicate any needed repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections
  • Communicate with office team
  • Inspect houses upon guest departure
  • Assist with linen program: transportation of linens, loading/unloading of clean/dirty linens, assembling kits.
  • Complete work orders, respond to guest calls for TV., internet, pilot lights, thermostats, lightbulbs, etc.
  • Provide support for supervisor as needed – includes heavy emphasis on housekeeping schedules and prioritizing maintenance requests
  • Efficiently and accurately enter data into a variety of operating systems and electronic databases
  • Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guests, vendors, rental agents, and owners, always maintaining a respectful and professional demeaner
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
  • This position is required to be on-call after hours as per a rotating schedule
  • Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site
  • Weekends during peak-season and as business demands
