What are you going to do?

After an onboarding period and an introduction to the organization, you will start designing new products and collections based on the latest fashion trends and market developments. Your duties will include, among other things:

• Creating trend boards and color cards
• Designing a commercial fashion collection, taking into account the organization's known image and its production capabilities.
• Designing client-oriented projects, where you empathize with the client's target audience and create appropriate and creative designs.
• Guiding the entire sample approval process based on substantive knowledge.
• Following and keeping up with fashion trends and market developments. You do this through, among other things, visiting trade fairs, shopping, magazines, trade literature, and the internet.
• Contributing ideas regarding the (potential) development of services, processes, and quality within the department

What do we ask?

• HBO working and thinking level, for example a completed education at an art academy, fashion academy AMFI, or something similar
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Technical knowledge of materials, production capabilities, and dimensional specifications
• Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English
