Why This Role Matters We are searching for a Valet Attendant that is crucial to the guest experience, serving as the first and last personal contact upon arrival and departure. This role is responsible for providing organized, service-oriented assistance to ensure a welcoming arrival. Key duties include offering vehicle assistance, helping with luggage during both check-in and check-out, and offering informative guidance on the hotel's amenities, outlets, and nearby attractions. What You’ll Do Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the property and provide assistance in and out of vehicles. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company safety and security procedures. Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring careful handling and professional service. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols. Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs. Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service. Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards. Ensure the hotel's driveway, portecoche, and parking area are kept clean and tidy. Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
