Description
Cabell Huntington Hospital seeks a Valet Attendant to work alongside our CHH Valet & Motor Services Department.   Please note that shifts include evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays. Valet Attendants will act as liaison to Hospital departments when called upon and assist patients and visitors with non-medical requests such as: information, directions, hotel and dining recommendations and reservations, business services, transportation, travel arrangements, mailing and shipping items, lost and found and other guest valet related requests. Qualifications Job Requirements: * Possess a valid Operators License * A clean criminal and motor vehicle record * Meet Hospital Insurance Carrier requirements * Basic First Aid knowledge preferred Physical Demands: * Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, and crouch. * Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions. * Must possess ability to hear and interpret two-way radio calls. * Must be in good physical condition. * Must be able to run. * Visual and hearing acuity required. * Must meet requirement of Cabell Huntington Hospital Insurance Provider. * Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
Responsibilities
Valet Attendants will assist patients and visitors with non-medical requests and act as a liaison to hospital departments. They will provide information, directions, and help with various guest-related requests.
