Position Summary As the Valet Attendant you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As a Valet Attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. The Valet Attendant reports directly to Parkwell’s Project Manager at the site you are placed. Schedule This can be a full or part-time position (+/- 32 hours or more each week). Schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and is subject to change based on business needs. Shifts are generally 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm but can vary. Night and weekend availability are required. Position Requirements Valid Driver’s License Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check At least 18 years of age Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities: Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting. Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance. Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable. Effectively communicate with all team members and managers. Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc). Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience. Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue. Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities: Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner. Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training. Secure keys in locked podium/key box. Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check. Be able to perform and stay organized under stress. Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions. Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager. Other Duties and Responsibilities: You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
