While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Operating and parking guests’ cars in a safe and efficient manner. Interacting with guests in a friendly and positive manner Responsible for properly and accurately parking the guests' vehicles in correct parking spaces Responsible for recording any damage that exists on the guest’s automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle Responsible for returning the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it What we can’t train is what’s inside of you. Responsibilities
The Valet Attendant is responsible for operating and parking guests' cars safely and efficiently while providing friendly and positive interactions with guests. Additionally, they must record any existing damage on vehicles and ensure prompt return of cars in the same condition.
