With your prompt and courteous service, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience. Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle. Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience. Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area. Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval. Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
