REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
  • Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels
  • Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite

Responsibilities

  • Valet Operations Support: Assist with Valet operations, including greeting guests, escorting them to reception, driving/parking cars and shuttles, and managing arrivals/departures, following Belmond policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Reception and Concierge Assistance: Support reception and concierge by relaying guest information and requests as needed.
  • Guest Request Assistance: Assist guests with their requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service under the direction of senior staff.
  • Vehicle Handling: Support the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles as directed by senior staff.
  • Arrival and Departure Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage and provide property information, following established procedures.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the valet area and entrance.
