JOB SUMMARY:

Vancouver’s top valet company is seeking a motivated Valet Host for Full-Time, Part-Time to join our team! At Skyline Valet, our Valet Attendants drive, park, and retrieve our guest’s cars in a safe and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests are provided with an exceptional valet experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid Class 5 or Class 7 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Impeccable Customer Service
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our guests

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes and greets all guests in a friendly and positive manner
  • Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees
  • Ensures all entrance areas are free and clear from congestion for arrivals and departures of vehicles by ensuring all cars are parked and retrieved in an expedient manner
  • Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensures all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in a locked location
  • Provides accurate and timely documentation including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions that require attention or repair
  • Reports for duty with a professional appearance and dress to standards, remaining in uniform for the entirety of shift
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
