The APC Valet Parking Associate team ensures the safe and smooth traffic flow at our luxury residential condo buildings or high-end event locations. The associate will be responsible for opening vehicle doors, greeting, promoting a welcoming environment and safe traffic flow of the valet parking operation. Responsibilities: * Associate must have a pleasant and professional demeanor. Ability to graciously interact with clientele, residents, guests, building vendors, and building management. * Open vehicle doors for anyone visiting the property. * Park and retrieve vehicles. * Assist with carrying groceries, luggage, packages, etc. Requirements: * High School diploma * Valid Driver’s License * Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) * Clear communication skills * Well-groomed professional appearance * Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed * Ability to work in all weather conditions * Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift * Must be able to lift up to 30lbs * Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions * All other duties as assigned.
