Your mission: support the Housekeeping team in organizing and delivering supplies and materials to streamline daily tasks, as well as reporting any damage or issues to your immediate supervisor.

• Attend to guest needs or concerns.
• Provide materials to housekeepers or guests, such as pillows, cribs, or comforters.
• Assist in room disassembly tasks, such as removing curtains, mattresses, furniture, etc.
• Keep guest room corridors clean and tidy.
• Prepare office areas with necessary supplies and maintain them according to daily needs.
• Check for technical or safety issues in guest rooms and report them to maintenance.
• Deliver and retrieve items loaned to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
• Ensure the supply of clean linens to offices or designated areas.
• Maintain regular communication with housekeepers and other departments.
• Remove dirty linens from guest floors, ensuring it is kept separate from clean linens and preventing cross-contamination.
• Receive laundry orders and count them, if necessary.
• Remove trash from offices, carts, or rooms as needed or requested.
• Receive orders and keep them organized in the appropriate storage area.
• Support the Housekeeping team in any special tasks that may arise.
• Assist in cleaning outdoor areas, windows, or any elements that may be required.
