ROLE SUMMARY: The Valet Parking Attendant (Overnight) is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to customers when they arrive and leave. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Exhibit strong guest service and a positive attitude at all times, greeting all arriving and departing guests * Park cars in a safe, organized, and timely manner * Remain in staging area regardless of weather, waiting for guests to need their car to be parked or retrieved * Return to the front of the hotel in a safe and timely manner after a park or pull * Provide claim check and instruct customers on how to reclaim vehicle * Provide travel directions and information to customers when necessary * Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements and conditions * Obey all traffic laws on and off property ROLE REQUIREMENTS * Able to work outdoors during different seasons * Strong driving record * Must be at least 18 years of age * Positive attitude * Strong work ethic * Weekend and holiday availability preferred
