As a Hotel Valet, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. Your friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor sets the tone the their stay. You'll be responsible for providing seamless valet parking service, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest arrivals and departures are smooth and stress-free. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner Assist with luggage and offer directions or information about the hotel and surrounding area Maintain clean and organized valet area Assist with maintaining grounds Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments Uphold all safety and hotel policies and procedures Provide five-star service while maintaining a positive, professional appearance Qualifications: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles helpful Friendly, customer-focused attitude Ability to work in all weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Prior hospitality or valet experience a plus, but not required Schedule: Flexible scheduling available - both part-time and full-time positions Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees) 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off Holiday Double Pay
