Job Details Job Location: GEORGIA VALET SERVIC - Atlanta, GA Salary Range: Undisclosed Description We are seeking professional, courteous, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Special Event Valet Attendants. This position is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles during various special events, including weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private parties. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor. Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized valet area. Provide directions, answer guest questions, and offer assistance when needed. Maintain accurate records of keys and vehicles using valet tickets or tracking systems. Communicate effectively with event coordinators, supervisors, and fellow team members. Uphold high standards of appearance and customer service at all times. Follow all traffic laws and valet procedures to ensure guest and vehicle safety. Qualifications Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Have a High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail ability to handle stressful situations with poise. Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances. Ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds. Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance. Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Working Environment: Outdoor setting with exposure to weather conditions. High guest interaction and fast-paced environment. Frequent lifting, bending, and walking/running.
