POSITION SUMMARY:

The Valet Supervisor oversees the daily operations of valet services, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and efficiency. This position is responsible for managing valet attendants, coordinating parking logistics, handling customer service issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and client expectations. The Valet Supervisor acts as the on-site leader, fostering a professional and courteous atmosphere for guests and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years in a valet or parking-related leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual (stick-shift) and automatic vehicles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for long periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, or high-traffic event environments.
• Familiarity with valet technology systems (e.g., SMS-based retrieval apps, ticketing software).
