Job Description Job Summary The Valet Supervisor oversees the daily valet operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth vehicle handling, and efficient team performance in line with five-star hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise valet attendants during shifts. Ensure timely and safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests. Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally. Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams. Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures. Prepare basic shift and incident reports. Qualifications Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
