JOB SUMMARY:

HW Valeting is a family- run commercial valeting and cleaning company. We are excited to be advertising for the role of an experienced Valeting Area Manager to join our friendly, hardworking, and professional team. As the Commercial Valeting Area Manager, you will oversee operations across multiple client sites within your designated region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring service quality, managing site teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic oversight with day-to-day team support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in operations or team management within the automotive sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
  • Flexible approach to working hours and travel
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage valeting teams across multiple commercial sites
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services in line with company standards
  • Conduct regular site audits and implement improvements where necessary
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of valeting professionals
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment logistics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to feedback and resolving issues
  • Monitor KPIs and report on performance, productivity, and compliance
  • Ensure health & safety protocols are followed across all sites
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for service expansion
  • Previous automotive valeting industry experience required
