JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with experience in validation processes for industrial equipment and manufacturing systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives within our operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Need 10+ Years of Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on validation engineering.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly line operations.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming, GD&T, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems.
  • Experience with industrial equipment and tooling design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques to manage timelines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project scheduling aligns with production timelines.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo for designing and modifying schematics and layouts.
  • Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to enhance automation processes.
  • Oversee plastics injection molding operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
  • Engage in robotics programming and integration within the assembly line.
  • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to support production goals.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring traceability of validation activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
