Description Job Title: Valley Sales Office Reservations Staff -Internal Applicants Only Type of Position: Full-Time/Part-Time, Seasonal Schedule: Weekend and holidays may be required Pay: $20.00 to $20.50/hr., depending on experience Job Posting Deadline: October 6, 2025 Full-time positions eligible for employee housing Summary Join our sales office and reservations team! Accepting and fulfilling reservations and in-person sales for the ski area. Taking phone calls from guests to answer questions and make reservations. Checking-in reservations and solving issues with reservations. Registering in-person guests for lessons, lift tickets, season passes, programs, and/or rental equipment. Answering guest questions and addressing concerns as needed. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities. Essential Functions Answering questions and explaining reservations Creating reservations in the sales system and taking payment Preparing reservation paperwork and preparing guests for check-in Checking-in reservations and collecting necessary paperwork Registering non-reserved guests for services Resolving guest issues with regards to reservations or lack thereof Assisting guests with questions and concerns Interacting with and assisting other departments and supervisors Responsible for all monies, vouchers, and receipts at the assigned/used computer for that day Requirements Requirements/Qualifications Computer skills Great customer service Fluent in English Ability to pass a background check Must be able to sit/stand at a computer for an entire work shift What’s in it for You?
