Overview Position: Valuation Coordinator Location: Remote or hybrid if located within 31 miles of the Santa Ana, CA will work 2 days on-site. Responsibilities Responsible for assigning and tracking Appraisal files and providing status updates on files when needed. Ensure NAF requirements and timelines are met while providing a product that meets customer goals and USPAP requirements. Communicating with Appraisers, Operations Staff and Mortgage Bankers. Communication typically occurs through email, telephone, and written correspondence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to meet deadlines. Team player. Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment. Exhibit excellent computer skills. Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe is required. Demonstrated ability to perform several complex tasks simultaneously and effectively.
