Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in preparing in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory. Assist in maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, properly stored, and accessible as required. Assist in building and maintaining client relationships within the business line. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with the Head. Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling the provision of reliable and accurate advice to potential customers regarding property movements and industry trends. REQUIREMENTS: Education Study in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics (3rd-year or 4th-year student). Communication skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. PC skills Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information. Language Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
