Job Description As a Valuation Analyst, you will support the valuation team in the delivery of high‑quality real estate valuations across various property sectors. You will work closely with senior valuers, assisting with analytical tasks, data collection, and the preparation of valuation outputs. Core Responsibilities Assist senior valuers in the preparation of property valuations in line with internal standards and industry regulations. Prepare and maintain Excel-based models, including income, cash flow, yield, and sensitivity analyses. Collect, review, and analyse market data, including rental levels, yields, sales transactions, construction costs, and comparable evidence. Conduct desktop research and web-based market searches using public and proprietary real estate databases. Support the drafting of valuation reports, including property descriptions, market overviews, assumptions, and appendices. Assist with quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of calculations and reports. Maintain and update internal databases and market evidence records. Support senior team members with ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and client-related requests. Marketing & Representation: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required. Reporting & Administration: Support the maintenance of accurate records related to valuation assignments, internal tracking, and reporting. Contribute to the preparation of business reports and departmental updates, as required. Collaboration & Development Work collaboratively with other valuation team members and, where appropriate, with leasing, investment, and advisory colleagues. Gradually participate in client meetings, site inspections, and property viewings under supervision. Continuously develop technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, real estate markets, and property sectors. Stay informed about market trends, legislation, and valuation standards (e.g. RICS / IVS, as applicable). Qualifications Experience with Real Estate Market is a big advantage. University degree in economics, business, real estate, construction, or a related field (specialization in real estate is an advantage). Fluent in English and Czech (both written and spoken). Interest in real estate markets and valuation (strong commercial awareness is an advantage). Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and take feedback from senior team members. Very good interpersonal and communication abilities, good written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
