The DSP Value Added Services (VAS) team is part of our last mile organization responsible for designing, launching and managing a suite of services and vendors that enable our last mile delivery partners (Delivery Service Providers, or DSPs)
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join as a VAS Program Manager for the Last Mile team supporting a new and exciting last mile channels.
The VAS PM will be a single threaded leader who is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships on products that simplify the DSP and Delivery Associate experience. You will be the voice of the Delivery Service Partners and the VAS providers. your insights will guide the priorities for the team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (procurement & finance), support the adoption and customer satisfaction of our Value Added Services. You will develop and oversee mechanisms to evaluate health, ensure the products are fit for purpose through direct engagement with the customer.
A successful manager will be an effective general business manager, in written and verbal communication, strong analytical framework that can use to see around corners. This person will be comfortable in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment and willing to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep and effectively partner with internal and external teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, including writing.
  • High attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, and owner mentality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Ability to influence others and partner effectively with peer organizations and teams.
