Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Value Selling, Management/Technology Consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Background in roles like Enterprise Architect, Business Developer, Account Manager, or Sales Support Specialist, with a focus on customer-centric business strategies and value propositions for ICT services.
  • Expertise in creating standout Value Propositions and Value Selling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital and Cloud Outsourcing deals and experience with complex, solution-based sales.
  • Proven success in winning large ICT Outsourcing deals in international and multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with market trends and IT Outsourcing competition.
  • Experience in using Value Quantification tools and methods is a plus.
  • Confident in presenting complex topics to C-level executives and senior management.
  • Understanding of Agile projects and methods.
    Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with IT teams, business managers, and C-level executives, both internally and with customers.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, German is a plus.
  • Confident presenter: Able to communicate and present effectively to senior sales leaders and high-level audiences, conveying ideas with clarity and authority.
  • Strong understanding of IT, Cloud, and Digital operations terminology.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to quickly identify problems, understand complex issues, and find effective solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile and motivate others.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating clear and impactful visuals and presentations.

  • Innovate and improve the Value Consulting Practice by introducing new ideas and tools.
