ABOUT THE ROLE
As Value Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations you will directly report to the Head of Value & Promotions Marketing for the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with key marketing teams to define the right promotional calendar based on business objectives, with a particular focus on how we can maximise the value of our investment in promotions to deliver great value to customers at key moments. You will also be responsible for identifying future growth opportunities to improve the ROI and impact of our promotions through experimentation, taking into account business priorities, past performance of promotions, and market trends.
You will work cross-functionally across local, global, commercial, finance, Tech and data science teams to build the right plan and define processes that improve our customer experience, partner experience, as well as identify improvements in the way that promotions are executed at Deliveroo.
