How will you make an impact: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Value Sales Manager – Google Cloud Solutions (f/m/d) to join our team. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a rising talent with a passion for tech, this role offers the perfect platform to grow within the Google Cloud (GCP) ecosystem. Your mission is to drive the growth of our Cloud and Data solutions across the DACH region. You will act as a bridge between client needs and the cutting-edge possibilities of the Google Cloud Platform, helping businesses transform their data into their biggest asset. Your key responsibilities will include: Pipeline Growth: Build and nurture a sales pipeline for our Cloud & AI solutions, reaching out to new and existing clients from mid-sized companies to large enterprises. Mastering the Google Ecosystem: Learn to navigate the Google Cloud Sales organization to create joint sales plays and build a strong professional network. Full-Cycle Sales Support: Manage the sales journey from the first touchpoint to the final deal, learning how to present complex solutions with confidence. Collaborative Solutioning: Work closely with our Cloud Architects and Data Experts to understand technical challenges and offer the best consultative approach. Compelling Storytelling: Create pitch decks and customized offers that showcase how Google Cloud can solve real-world business problems. Contracting & Negotiation: Gain experience in negotiating license fees and professional services contracts with client procurement teams. Being Present: You enjoy being "on the road." Your willingness to travel (mainly within the DACH region) allows you to build genuine relationships with clients and partners on-site. The person we are looking for… Background: You have initial experience in Sales, Customer acquisition or Business Development – ideally within the Cloud industry, Data Analytics, and/or Marketing Technology industry. Cloud Curiosity: You have had initial touchpoints with Google Cloud (GCP) or other cloud environments and are eager to dive deep and become a certified expert. Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator in German and English, capable of translating client needs into clear value propositions. Ambition: You are a self-starter with a "hunter" mentality, ready to take ownership of your professional development in a fast-paced environment.
