The Condiments Value Stream team is responsible for driving the various projects across innovations, Savings, and operational across Unilever’s condiment portfolio. We are at the center of it all! This role sits within the Supply Chain function and plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches, continued business operation and resilient SC.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Logistics) or R&D with new product development experience (required)
  • 2–3 years of proven project management experience (required)
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Power Point(required)
  • Moderate understanding of food manufacturing processes (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Consistently demonstrate superior project execution skills and a growth mindset.
  • Manage innovation project plans from Start Gate through implementation, ensuring capability and timing alignment.
  • Act as the Supply Chain point of contact for cross-functional teams, with proper knowledge and understanding of factory capabilities, capacities, logistics, and planning.
  • Clearly articulate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Own and maintain project timelines using MS Project, coordinating cross-functional inputs and accountability.
  • Communicate project tasks and deadlines effectively, removing obstacles and escalating issues to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery speed and resolve chronic pain points.
  • Collaborate with Project Sponsors to develop accurate business cases, including capital expenditure and supply chain cost drivers.
  • Co-lead risk assessments and embed action plans into project timelines.
    Prepare gate information and decision documents for Unilever’s Innovation Project Management process and to help our leaders make the best decisions.
