Welcome to Bosch. Job Description 1. Communication with oversea plant in daily work.与海外工厂的沟通协调 2. Continuous improvement on quality, cost, delivery with innovative thinking. 具有创新性思维的持续改进( 质量 / 成本 / 供货) 3. Creating and Maintenance process documents (P-FMEA, CP, WI, Routing etc.). 创建并维护工艺文件(P-FMEA, CP, WI, Routing等) 4. Data and facts driven, problem solving in shopfloor. 基于数据，梳理解决生产现场问题。 5. Coordination of machining new sample plan, validation of new process and new MAE. 协调机加工样件计划，新工艺，新设备，新量具的验证 Qualifications 1. Practised in using English for communication. 熟练使用英语进行沟通。 2. With machining working experience more than 3 years in mechanical manufacturing. 具备3年以上机加工相关工作经验。 3. Must be with a bachelor‘s degree or above. 学历本科及以上。 4. Have knowledge and logic about FMEA,CP,WI creating and maintenance, PDCA tracking. 具备创建更新工艺文件和PDCA的基本知识和逻辑。 5. Familiar with quality tools such as 5-why, fishbone, KT method, ability to solve problems. 熟悉质量工具，具备一定的问题解决能力。 6.
