SUMMARY The Value Stream Lead is a member of a Value Stream Manufacturing team. This position is responsible for collaboratively working with others to plan and execute manufacturing programs and build plans. Assisting with order placement and follow up related to purchased products, the Value Stream Lead enforces company policies to ensure on time product delivery. Reports to the Deputy Operations Manager. Responsibilities

The Value Stream Lead collaborates on planning and executing manufacturing programs and build plans within the Value Stream Manufacturing team, while also enforcing company policies to ensure on-time product delivery. This role involves managing the schedule, supervising machine shop staff, training machinists, and acting as a conduit between planning, engineering, quality, and the technical lead.
