REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field OR 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
